MyInvois Compliance Rules Feed

A stateless compliance-rules service for Malaysian LHDN e-invoicing (MyInvois). We expose the current, structured ruleset — scope (am I in, by when?), validation (field rules), and change-diffs (what changed). We do not submit invoices and never store invoice data.
